Treating Phobias with VR

Hamburg-based Sympatient received the Entrepreneur’s Prize. Julian and Christian Angern set up the healthcare startup along with Benedikt Reinke in 2017. They developed medical virtual reality apps for treating phobias, using an app with psychotherapeutic content that faces up to the patient’s phobias in a controlled way by means of VR exercises.

Philipp Westermeyer came away with the Achiever award with his platform for online marketing creators – Online Marketing Rockstars (OMR).
