TUHH launches social media campaign to find new students

University using Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to adverstise courses of study

The Technical University of Hamburg (TUHH) is now using Twitter, Instagram and Facebook to attract applicants to its expanded engineering courses. The new application portal is at the heart of the campaign and pools information about studying and enrolling at the university. Potential students now have until the deadline of July 15, 2019 to apply.

Top executives for the Hamburg Metropolitan Region

Around 30 institutions in northern Germany have joined forces in the “Dual Career Hamburg + the North” network to help scientific, cultural and economic institutions to attract talented people to the Hamburg Metropolitan Region and the north. Katharina Fegebank, Senator of Science, Research and Equality, said: “The network can make an important contribution to our efforts to encourage bright minds from all over the world to teach, research and live in Hamburg.” The aim is both to attract and keep such talented people in the region, she stressed.
